Developing business models and writing business plans (basics) (B.Sc.)

The design of a business plan and the structured description of a business model it contains are fundamental not only for start-ups, but also for established companies. For investors (e.g. business angels, venture capital companies or credit institutions) and also the founders themselves, a well-developed business plan forms the basis for assessing the chances of success of a business idea. For existing companies, a business plan forms the basis for decisions on changes to the existing business model and the assessment of new activities and ideas in a constantly changing environment.

The seminar is aimed in particular at students with an affinity for start-ups who are not afraid of interactive co-operation and who enjoy applying their knowledge to a real start-up project. Bringing in real start-up projects / business ideas to formulate a business plan is explicitly encouraged!
